Multiple Teeth Dental Implants in Moreno Valley

Losing multiple teeth in a row can completely change the way you live your life. Eating your favorite foods becomes a frustrating chore, speaking clearly can feel difficult, and smiling openly might become a source of deep anxiety. While removable partial dentures have been the traditional go-to for decades, they often come with a host of annoyances—from messy adhesives and pinching gums to embarrassing slipping while you eat or talk.
At Moreno Beach Dental, you never have to settle for a smile that feels insecure or unnatural. Dr. Myung Kee Park, FAGD, and our master clinical team specialize in using multiple dental implants to securely anchor custom porcelain bridges. We are proud to offer this permanent, life-changing alternative to partial dentures for our patients throughout Moreno Valley, Riverside, Perris, Beaumont, Redlands, Loma Linda, and Grand Terrace.
If you are missing three or more teeth in a row, you do not necessarily need a separate dental implant for every single missing tooth!
Instead, Dr. Park can surgically place two strategically positioned titanium implant posts at either end of the empty gap. These biocompatible posts act as sturdy, artificial roots that actually fuse with your jawbone. Once the implants are fully healed and integrated, we permanently anchor a custom-crafted porcelain bridge directly onto them.
The pontics (the artificial teeth in the middle of the bridge) perfectly fill the gap, creating a seamless, highly aesthetic, and incredibly strong restoration.

The Problem with Traditional Partial Dentures
Removable partial dentures are designed to sit directly on top of your gums and use metal hooks or clasps that grab onto your remaining healthy teeth for support. Over time, this design can cause significant issues:- The metal clasps put immense stress on your natural teeth, often causing them to loosen or wear down prematurely.
- Because the partial denture only rests on the gums, it provides zero stimulation to the underlying jawbone.
- Without stimulation, the jawbone in the empty space will quickly begin to shrink and deteriorate, changing the shape of your face and causing your partial denture to fit poorly over time.
The Solution: An Implant-Supported Bridge

Instead, Dr. Park can surgically place two strategically positioned titanium implant posts at either end of the empty gap. These biocompatible posts act as sturdy, artificial roots that actually fuse with your jawbone. Once the implants are fully healed and integrated, we permanently anchor a custom-crafted porcelain bridge directly onto them.

Life-Changing Benefits of Implant-Supported Bridges
Choosing multiple implants to support your dental bridge offers incredible advantages for your long-term health and daily comfort:- Completely Permanent: The bridge is fixed securely in your mouth. It will never slip, click, or fall out when you laugh, sneeze, or chew tough foods like steak and apples.
- Protects Remaining Teeth: Unlike traditional bridges or partials, an implant-supported bridge is 100% self-supporting. We do not need to file down or attach clasps to your neighboring healthy teeth.
- Stops Bone Loss: The titanium implants continuously stimulate your jawbone, keeping the bone dense and strong while preserving your natural facial structure.
- Highly Cost-Effective: By using just two implants to replace three or four teeth, this method is a highly efficient and budget-friendly way to achieve a permanent, full-strength bite.

FAQs

Do I need a dental implant for every tooth I am missing?
No, and this is the greatest benefit of an implant-supported bridge! The titanium implants we use are incredibly strong. Just two implants can easily and securely support a bridge that replaces three, four, or even five missing teeth in a row.
Can I take my implant-supported bridge out at night to clean it?
No, your new bridge is a permanent, "fixed" restoration. It is securely screwed or cemented onto the implants and can only be removed by Dr. Park. You will care for it just like your natural teeth—by brushing twice a day and using specialized floss or a water flosser to clean underneath the bridge and keep your gums healthy.
How long will an implant-supported bridge last?
The titanium implant posts themselves are designed to last a lifetime, as they physically fuse with your jawbone. The custom porcelain bridge attached to them is incredibly durable, but because it takes the daily force of chewing, it may eventually need to be replaced after 10 to 15 years depending on your habits (like teeth grinding or chewing ice).
What if I am missing all of my teeth on the top or bottom?
If you are missing an entire arch of teeth, we can still help! Instead of a short bridge, we can use a specialized technique (often called "All-on-4" or full-arch restoration) to place four to six implants across your jawbone to permanently secure a complete set of beautiful, functional upper or lower teeth.
